Accredited by Royal Life Saving Society, this is a set of interlinked training awards, enabling organisations with employees who work in, on or near water to meet their statutory safety management obligations, especially where employees have supervisory responsibilities.

British Canoeing - Foundation Safety and Rescue Training
Accredited by British Canoeing, this course aims to provide students with the key safety and rescue skills required to operate safely in boat-based activity in sheltered water, and to be able to deal with common emergencies. This is the basis of all safety and rescue training for the British Canoeing award scheme.

British Canoeing - Coastal Navigation and Tidal Planning
Accredited course designed for paddlers carrying out coastal journeys up to 2 nautical miles offshore in areas of tidal movement. It provides candidates with the tools needed to plan and travel efficiently in a moderate sea environment.
